Amy Butchko had a dream to transform the talent attraction and employer brand at a legacy government contractor IT company to a modern blend of funnel marketing to augment sourcing, creating a better and more accurate flow of job candidates and available talent for it’s very specialized, often top-secret clearance jobs. When we met in 2017 after my presentation at the Recruit DC conference, she told me, “I am trying to do at SAIC what you are doing at CA Technologies.” And she told me it would take about 4 years.
